SummerKidsGuide.com only collects personal information and data that you provide to us so that we may provide services to you. You have access to the data that you provide to us when you log into your account, and you can log in directly from any page on our site. If you have a Camp Company Account select the "Camp Log-In" or if you have a Parent Account, select the "Parent Log-In" button at the top right hand side of the page, log in, and you can see, access, print, edit, or delete any of the information you have provided us. We only retain your data in order to provide services to you. If you have any difficulties accessing, printing, editing, or deleting your data, please reach out to us at Support@SummerKidsGuide.com, and we will assist you.

We do not store any credit card or other financial information from you. All financial transactions are handled through the third party payment processing site, Stripe.com. Should you have concerns about information shared with this third-party payment site, please see their website for information about how to contact them.

When you access our Service, we may receive or collect and store your geographical location data, including GPS coordinates (e.g. latitude and/or longitude) or similar information regarding your location. We may also collect and store your IP address.

Summer Kids Guide cares about the security of your information, and uses commercially reasonable physical, administrative, and technological safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of all information collected through the Service. However, no security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems 100%. In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, Summer Kids Guide will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.

Summer Kids Guide does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register as Users. While Summer Kids Guide may collect certain information about children under 13 that a parent or Service Provider provides to our Service, the Service and its content are not directed at children under the age of 13. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Please note that we are a camp listing service. We do not register campers for camp, nor do we collect information on behalf of any camps to register campers for camp. For information about specific camp privacy policies, you will need to contact such camps directly.
